Love or hate his content, I'd hardly call James a lolcow. This game is what you get if somebody ate every badass dual-pistol wielding, trench coat-wearing late 90s action movie cliché, then barfed it out, ate the barf, and then dumped their ass into a piss-and-shit-stained bus station toilet, and then they took that rancid concoction, and somehow printed Xbox discs made out. Badass, and very unlike pretty much every other internet personality out there. He completely ignored it (publicly, at least). James Duncan Rolfe (born: J() age 41), better known online as Cinemassacre (or the Angry Video Game Nerd (AVGN and Nerd for short ), formerly JamesNintendoNerd), is an American YouTuber who hosts multiple shows on the channel alongside other members, one of them is The Angry Video Game Nerd. Remember the controversy with James when he posted that video about not seeing or reviewing the 2016 Ghostbusters because he thought it looked bad? So many people "REEEEE'd" about it, but James reacted to it like a fucking champ: No apologies, and not even a response to address the media controversy. He comes across as a cool dude who just enjoys what he's doing. He doesn't make me laugh all of the time (mostly because I've matured over the past 12 years and realize that AVGN's largest demographic are teenagers), but I do enjoy watching James' chill personality. He was the very first channel I ever subscribed to, and I'm still subscribed after all of this time. Drake is out for revenge in a supernatural Hong Kong world. With Monte Reid, Indy Neidell, Tim Earle, Roger Howard. I do believe that James/AVGN is the reason why I even made a YouTube account 12 years ago.
